A fully differentiated and resourced lesson that focuses on the conclusion of Act 1 Scene 5 and analyses the Chorus at the start of Act 2 as well as Romeo’s plans to see Juliet again. The lesson looks at how Shakespeare uses juxtaposition to describe Romeo and Juliet’s conflicting minds and places the students in the position of Romeo as he contemplates how to see Juliet once more. A very useful language analysis lesson for all KS4 and KS4 students.
