This resource is not intended to teach what periods are from scratch, but rather to empower young people who menstruate to track and get maximum benefit from their menstrual cycles. There are also links to articles for discussion and to encourage critical thinking on e.g. menarche celebrations and period leave and radical ideas. The resource also aims to be trans and nonbinary inclusive.
