This lesson gets students to discuss what an ‘agenda’ is, and then they have to create one together acting as different stakeholders.
The roles are not included in this PPT, however I previously got students to base their activity around the potential opening of an airport. I have added in a video clip that interviews local residents, this could be used to brainstorm the different stakeholders in this situation before planning out the agenda and conducting the meeting (each student acting as a stakeholder in the scenario).

This is quite an ‘active’ lesson and involves students moving around the school to interview members of staff. It could be tailored differently but I’ve found students in the past enjoy it if you can add a competition element to it (who can accurately draw the schools organisational chart first).
*Ideally you need to print off a few extra sheets to complete the first activity. However, these points could be discussed (teacher led) as appose to students moving around the room, if this isn’t possible.
This lesson is focused around what a Trade Union is, alongside the benefits and limitations for the employee and the employer. This lesson is best completed on a computer, however if you have five minutes to print some quick articles about Trade Unions it could easily be completed in the classroom.
The aim of the lesson is for students to create their own research/writing on Unionism and then to record it and print a character with a QR code (which could be presented in a subsequent lesson. I have added notes onto some of the slides also for extra clarity.

*I haven’t included 1 worksheet for the ‘on the job training’ activity, however you simply need to print an ‘envelope oragami’ from the internet. I couldn’t include this due to copyright. Hope that helps.
