Students then review their paragraph by exploring the impact of each sentence type. To develop their paragraph further, students can add a wider variety of punctuation by responding to the 3 prompts.

Resource aimed at getting students to think more consciously about how they combine simple, compound and complex sentences within their sentences. Students respond to each image by following the suggested order of simple, compound and complex sentences. They can then review each paragraph to think about the function of each sentence type within the paragraph.
