My attempt at producing a grade 9 full mark (or close to full mark response) to a question about how Macbeth’s fears are presented in the play. 2022. The response is on the long side (1266) words. Rather than starting with the extract, the response is chronological and charts the journey of Macbeth’s fears from being seemingly fearless at the start to forgetting the ‘taste of fears’ by the end of the play.
