I have just finished six form and from the resources that I had made for Sports and Exercise Science I achieved a D*D* (Which is the highest grade possible). So I advise you to get the resources that I have made on the profile, if you are completing BTEC Sports and Exercise Science, you should defiantly buy them because it's very helpful and contains everything that you need to know about the exams.

SAMPLE MATERIAL Full version is on my account. This resource is perfect for anyone who hasn’t got enough time to condition their body. This is specific for strengthening the abdominals and these exercises will take a maximum of 10 minutes on the evenings that your allocated to complete them. This resource is ideal for beginners, but advanced people may want to increase the numbers. In this resource, you will receive 2 documents. The first one will be a 12 week session plan, including information about the exercises, sets, reps and rest periods. This plan is very successful if you are motivated and keep doing what the program tells you to do. The second resource will be 31 explained exercises that you would be completing throughout the six weeks.
