A booklet of number charts where students can write their numbers from 1-1,000 and need to solve add and sub 10 problems. This booklet is ideal for students that have almost learnt their numbers to 1000 and are ready to learn adding and subtracting 10. Personally I print it all off and staple it together to make an individual attractive booklet for them to learn from. The grids are large enough for students to write the numbers in with some numbers already entered to guide the students along. This booklet can be used for small groups, homework, seatwork, or at a math center where it can be laminated and various counting patterns could also be used. This collection of Editable New Zealand Maori themed name tags work great for the early primary school classrooms. They include the alphabet, number line 0-20, days of the week, first words and right and left designation, as well as a place for the students’ names. There are two fonts to choose from. This is an adaptation from the classic game “I have…who has…”. This game is a tried and tested game in helping students to both learn and practice counting and adding with Australian money. Two variations of the games have been included for differentiated learning. One with the same images of the corresponding currency on the cards and the other with different images of the same amount for a harder game. The Australian Money Loop game includes images of Australian currency for students to learn to sight the notes and coins quickly and easily. Simply print, laminate, cut and reuse.

Winter Olympics in PyeongChan is upon us. This Visually stunning writing scenario takes the audience on a journey to the PyeongChan Winter Olympics as a Newspaper reporter. During this presentation an Ice Hockey game is played out, with one country accused of cheating . Everything is included in this pack to make every student successful.Photos are taken and quotes are given. Included in this pack is a PowerPoint Presentation to show your students. The bigger the screen the better as these are high quality images. During the show, students discuss and fill in the graphic organizers that are included. These notes will help direct the students in their writing with a detailed, accurate and rich story. Then complete the included newspaper templates. Building number sense in the Early Years is vital. These number word mats for number between zero and ten are perfect for students learning and revision. Students read the correct word to match the number, draw the amount in the blank ten frame along with make it using play-dough or wix-stix and then write the number word. This resource contains 2 multiplication mosaics, “The Power of Yet” and “Growth Mindset”.I find they compliment each other extremely well and provide a fun, engaging and creative way for your students to learn their timetables. I have included 2 versions of each, one with a title on it and one without. Just choose which version is best for your class and print them off. They are all ready to go. The student just needs pencils, felts, etc to color it in. If I have a struggling student that does not know their timetables yet, I hand out a timetable chart to them so that they can complete it, or make sure they can see a copy of it on the wall.

Your students are almost certainly playing Fortnite in their spare time. Join in on the fun and earn some street cred with these Fortnite Word Searches. In Fortnite there are 4 hero (Character) classes. Soldier, Ninja, Constructor and Outlander. In this resource, I have included four word searches.,one for each class. Each class word search contains all of the sub-characters that the students can play on Fortnite. Even if you do not know the game, the students will and they will know the names of these characters. This resource contains Essential Spelling Lists 1-7 for New Zealand Students. Each spelling word search contains 10 random words from the same list for your students to find. These Essential Spelling List word searches are prefect to supplement your spelling program either in class or sent home with the student’s homework. The word searches are in a 10 x 10 grid and on A4 sized paper. I have done this so that they are easy to use for little hands, but I have designed them to be shrunken down to A5 size as well if you wish

Mazes help fine motor control. Mazes require your students to control their pencils through the maze without hitting the black lines. This means that they must take their time rather than rushing, in order to have greater success. Progress can be observed as your students bump into the black lines less and less as they gain greater control of their writing utensils. Students use fine motor control in order to produce correct letter formation and legible handwriting. Mazes are great for problem solving: Mazes help your students to work on their executive functioning skills, such as planning and brainstorming various strategies (e.g. starting from the beginning of the maze or working backwards from the end of maze). Included in this pack are templates for your students to extend themselves by creating and sharing their own mazes with each other. This is one of my classes favorite things to do. A set of 30 fun and engaging back to school themed financial literacy jigsaw puzzles. These money problems help students master the concept of money form spending it, earning it and of course banking it. Although back to school theme, can be used all year round. These cards are in Pounds. Students match the correct amount with the corresponding money word problem. All money amounts are with a pound sign on it. When the students complete the puzzle pieces they can capture the QR code included on each money word problem to enable them to self mark. This means there are less questions for the teacher and we can focus on our teaching without interruptions. These money problems are perfect for math centers, individuals and group rotations. With 30 cards available you could also rotate them around your whole class if you desired. To use the cards, all the teacher needs to do is print them off, laminate and cut out the jigsaw pieces and you are ready to go. They come in 2 handy versions 1.
