A selection of powerpoints covering the specification for the NEW EdExcel History course unit on Crime and Punishment. This selection looks at the first key topic: Medieval England. I have included a range of powerpoints and worksheets aimed at middle ability students. Most powerpoints have extension tasks and a variety of activities. The lessons covered include all of the key points on the specification. This range of lessons was put together based on pre-2016 textbooks. Both the SHP and Edexcel textbooks were used. However, the lessons are targeted towards the new GCSE and so the exam questions and worksheets are relevant to any new textbook being used.

A selection of powerpoints covering the specification for the NEW EdExcel History course unit on Weimar Germany. This selection looks at the second key topic: Hitler's Rise to Power 1919- 1933. I have included a range of powerpoints and worksheets aimed at middle ability students. Most powerpoints have extension tasks and a variety of activities. The lessons covered include; the Munich Putsch, how Hitler became Chancellor, the Great Depression and why people supported the Nazi Party, etc. I have used a range of textbooks to put together my lessons for this unit, mainly the HODDER GCSE HISTORY FOR EDEXCEL WEIMAR AND NAZI GERMANY and an older textbook, GERMANY by Josh Brooman. However, most of the activities would be adaptable to any textbook or information resource.
