This is a lesson I use with my Year 9 groups. We start GCSE a year earlier just so we have time to cover everything. We use the VIVA textbook foundation, although sometimes I use some things from the higher textbook too. This lesson´s focus is on describing a holiday in the past. This is a resource that I have created to help my GCSE students with their grammar, especially conjugating verbs. This resource has two sides (of an A4: The first sides contains 20 regular verbs conjugated in the first person. Also, this side includes a table with different opinion verbs in the present and the past. The other side has 20 irregular verbs, those that I consider the most common, also conjugated in just the first person. It also contains a table with some frequency expressions and time expressions. This is a workbook I have created for Years 7 & 8 in order to revise subjects in French. It agrees with the vocab given in Expo 1 Module 5. In this workbook students will practice the subjects, giving opinions about them and looking at a timetable in French, as well as creating their own one. It includes a different variety of exercises, such as vocab, wordsearches, writing or reading. The booklet is 7 pages long, 2 of them being the answer key.

This is a booklet I have created on numbers 1 to 1,000,000 for my GCSE students, although I have used it with top sets Year 9 and 8 as well. In this booklet you will find: A page and a half explaining how numbers are formed in Spanish, from 1 to over 1 million. A total of 7 activities, including a crossword, wordsearch, maths calculation, number writing and money counting. This booklet will cover a whole lesson for over an hour.
