Students have to translate five sentences by working their way up the grid. To make it more competitive, I tell them that if they mistake a mistake they lose their turn, but if they get a whole sentence right, they get one achievement point (or any other reward).
It is a very nice activity that can be easily modified and adapted to students needs.

I am using this lesson to revise Module 3 (Mi gente) with Year 11 students. With this ppt you get different interactive activities, as well as some work for students to complete independently, on topics the following topics:
Family members
Use of technology
Possessive adjectives
The present tense of regular verbs
Querer and poder (irr.) in the present tense
This is an activity to challenge your students to identify the mispronounciation of some words in the Target Language. I am uploading this resource in Spanish but it can easily be adapted to all languages.
Here is what you have to do:
You are going to read the sentences to the class out loud.
You are going to read each sentence twice.
The first time, you will read the sentence correctly.
The second time, you will make a mistake when pronouncing one of the words in that sentence.
Students have to identify the word that you pronounced wrong.

This is a lesson I am using with my top set Yr9. I am going to show them how to form questions in Spanish, a list of question words and how to ask opinions on something. Asking opinions is part of the GCSE speaking exam so I think it is important that they start getting used to understanding and asking questions.
This resource includes a Power Point to introduce numbers one to ten and three interactive activities. It also comes with a worksheet (with 7 activities) for students to do after the presentation.
This is a worksheet I have created about the song “No se habla de Bruno” from the Disney movie 'Encanto.
In this resource you can find:
A short text about who is Bruno and why he is important in the movie.
3 activities to go with the text (reading)
Lyrics of the song
3 activities to go with the lyrics of the song.
This is a booklet I use to revise Module 2 of Expo 3 vert. The booklet contains 12 activities including a crossword, translation and sentence writing (made easy for low level groups). Ideal for printing in A5 format.
I hope it helps!
This is a lesson that I have created to teach my students about the LGBTQI+ movement and how it started. It also teaches them about how the LGBTQ rights evolved from zero to what they are today, given that during the Franco dictatorship they were prosecuted and sometimes even killed.
This lesson includes:
A PPT presentation
Information about the facts mentioned above.
9 activities (reading, translation, listening through a video).
All answers embedded in Power Point.
This is a booklet I have created for low ability groups. I basically give them a list of vocab that we have already seen in class and then they design a booklet for a partner. Then, they do their partners work and when they finish they swap back and mark their work. It keeps them doing something and they like to create work for someone else… Also they enjoy the marking!
