This powerpoint presentation is beautifully illustrated and very engaging for the students. Through a series of media clips and structured tasks the students are encouraged to understand the deeper statement the author makes about the term ‘heroes’. This presentation contains a starter activity, summary and analysis questions, an academic writing task, an extension task and a plenary. I have delivered this novel many times and my resources are always tried and tested in class. Enjoy!

William Shakespeare’s Tempest is brought beautifully to life in the thoughtfully illustrated slides. I have used this particular resource to lead my teaching in class, as a distance learning material/homework and even as a tool of revision – all have worked well for the students. This is a complete KS4 resource, although I have used it with slight modifications at KS3. This power point lesson contains a glossary of terms, a starter activity, summary and analysis questions, an extension task, a homework assignment and a plenary. Enjoy!
