45 reading comprehensions to be passed around the class - best if pupils work in pairs. Visual clues help in the translations of the mini texts. All words are taken from the syllabus and are those extra pieces of vocabulary that stump pupils in their exams every year. This takes a full hour.

They each have a timer for 10 minutes. They are ordered to fit with the topics covered in Stimmt 1 and cover a range of subjects the students would usually study in Year 7 in the UK. They could easily be reordered. In the notes segment of each slide, you can see the cross-curricular links and the German topic it relates to grammatically/vocabulary wise.
