Appeal to a teenage demographic – 13 to 19 years

Feature lyrics from a Christmas song of your choice – using a type-face/s which compliments your design.
Some example images, type-faces and lyrics have been shown on the worksheet, however students are able to source their own.

Christmas Card - Style of Kandinsky
This food mock question booklet is suitable for GCSE students studying Food, Preparation and Nutrition students and suitable for the Eduqas exam . It can be delivered by a specialist or non-specialist as each question has it’s own mock answer and mark scheme to follow.
The booklet starts by providing students with top tips to answering questions in the exam paper. It then goes onto introducing the (x2) 12 mark questions. The booklet focuses on 1 question at a time. This booklet gives flexibility as students could complete it independently at home or as a lesson at school. The booklet is well structured and the tasks are clearly labelled so students can follow the booklet with ease.
The two questions relate to Planning a child’s menu and Food Safety Regulations. I have provided this resource as a PPT format, to allow buyers the flexibility for adapting if desired - otherwise download and use straight away!

Students are to answer the questions under timed conditions. (recalling their knowledge)
Students are provided with the answers and mark scheme for the questions. They must self mark their answer.

These Water-Based Cooking Methods worksheets are suitable for GCSE students studying Food, Preperation and Nutrition. The subject content is reliable and presented to a high standard. Students are able to navigate the 5 tasks independently, as the tasks are clearly explained and include visuals.

This Watercolour worksheet is suited for KS3 and KS4 students. This worksheet can be delivered by a specialist or non-specialist as part of a cover lesson. The tasks focus on warm & cold colours, blending and graduating watercolour painting.
The following tasks are included:
Task 1: Warm & Cold Colours
Replicate the colour tones (shown in the wheel) onto your own colour chart. Try and colour match the colours as accurately as you can.
Task 2: Painting practice
Apply water colours to the two tree rings.
Use warm tones on Tree Ring A and cold colours on Tree Ring B. Use your colour chart to help you select your colours for each. Create a gradient of colour so the colours blend from one to the other as seamlessly as possible.

This Art cover work/cover lesson worksheet is an a4 worksheet. It explores warm and cold colours used in art. This worksheet is suitable for KS3 and KS4 students. Students are introduced to the colour groups. A definition of how these colours can be recognised has been provided on the sheet. Students are then presented with two tasks. Task 1 asks the students to order colour swatches into warm and cold colours. They are then asked to paint the “colour” sign using these two groups of colours. Watercolours will be best for this task, as they are easily blended, but of course other paints can be used.
