Crosswords on school subjects

A lesson based on preferences when it comes to eatiung at the canteen. It also includes a series of activities on that topic (amended version).

A very comprehensive revision and activity booklet aimed at the 2009 GCSE Students that I have put together. It contains all the GCSE topics with revision activities as well as two annexes: one for summer activities, one for grammar explanation. Message me in case of typos. A lesson on fashion and clothes. The starter asks students to find antonyms to adjectives. it is followed by an introduction of vocabulary (pictures and words can be revealed using the rubbed). Then, there is a listening comprehension (as a video, embedded). Followed by a reading comprehension based on a VOGUE article of Lady Gaga's fashion faux-pas (worksheet). The plenary is an 'Encore une fois' acitivity. ALL activities include extension. This lesson was rated as outstanding by both an Advanced Skills Teacher and an Excellent Teacher.

An introduction to regular -er verbs in the present tense. It includes a starter on pronouns, an explanation on the different forms for you (formal, informal, plural), the definition of a verb, the paradigm for -er verbs endings, a splat game for -er verbs in their infinitives and a couple of reading and writing practice activities.

Based on Expo 3 Vert Module 1. A reading comprehension activity based on Angelina Jolie's favourite types of movies (including opinions justifications).

A lesson based on reading skills ranging from level 2 to level 4, based on the Marie-Antoinette Facebook page attached. The starter is level descrption match-up and the plenary is a classic encore une fois. Full detailed lesson plan is included. Lesson was observed by HoD and SST and rated Outstanding.

Lesson to introduce 'on peut' and 'on ne peut pas' in the context of presenting your town. In order to introduce the vocabulary, pictures and words are to be revealed using the rubber (slide 4).
