34 questions to support a weekly mental health discussion in your school. All questions are framed around the zones of regulation programme. A great way to ensure that students are given a regular opportunity to discuss mental health/feelings/emotions.
Suggestions for use:
Student wellbeing ambassadors could lead the discussion during tutor time each week
Teachers could lead the discussion and students could share or write down their reflections in wellbeing journals
This writing frame will support students to evaluate their lifestyles and provides suggestions for improvement.
More able students can use this as a template for their written evaluation
Less able students can highlight their choices
This worksheet can be easily adapted for every PSHE topic
