Throughout the series of lessons students will be able to accurately describe how and why a river changes from source to mouth, with references to features on each course along with the erosional, depositional and transportations reasons for each formation. Students will then identify what causes flooding to happen, identifying features of a hydrograph and what natural and human factors cause flooding.
