The whole scheme of work is available. The whole scheme includes 12 full lessons, each fully resourced, and including a detailed PPT. The scheme culminates in the class writing a short story, along a similar theme to the original text, using all of the descriptive techniques learned and developed during the series of lessons. A complete lesson that revises the use of all tenses taught in KS2 (Simple, perfect and progressive) It is perfect for SATS revision or to apply an understanding of how to vary tenses in writing. The lesson runs through the different types of tenses, and gives PPT based tasks which ask the children to apply each of the tense changes.
