I have created two double sided (4 pages) worksheets to help children with friendship issues and bullying, for them to reflect and discuss together, sharing their answers as a class. It also gives a good insight into their view point and allows discussion.

RACISM: short diaries

An engaging worksheet which will last for a few lessons and stimulate engaging discussions about racism. There are short diaries of “children” who have faced racism and an activity to answer after each task. This can be done in groups, pairs or individually. I created and used this in a classroom I found it very beneficial after some racist incidents.

A fantastic resource on teaching religion, sikhism and football. Children are taught about how footballers face discrimation and racism based on their faith, how football has made it a red card offence. Some critical discussions and questions on this worksheet, which can be used in upto two lessons.

Lockdown Diaries & tasks

An engaging worksheet which will last a few lessons, it focuses on the Lockdown diaries and the very different experiences of ten children. Tasks can be undertaken in groups, pairs or individually. Children can discuss their own experiences of Lockdown, which is a really important task as children should really talk about it. This is perhaps the challenge to their generation. The tasks enable discussion on the positive and of course negative aspects of lockdown.
