The Interactive Memory Game [Fully editable]

(0)
This is the electronic take on the classic memory game and it’s fully editable! Just add in pairs (or groups) of words for matching up. Best to be projected in front of the class and have two teams compete. There are 24 numbered tiles that reveal the words underneath when clicked on. I’ve also included one click scoring systems (with a max 12 points for each of the two teams) as well as a hide and reveal all button. This is great for reinforcing new vocabulary but can also be used for anything which can be split into two parts. For example, a word cut in half, a word and definition, a word and picture, a verb and its past tense form, synonyms or even a maths calculation and answer. There are so many different possibilities! It’s also good point for introducing locational memory strategies and mnemonics.

Autobiography / Profile Worksheet [A3 Size]

(0)
A3 sized profile form which helps children collate information about themselves. I use it to help the children have a central place of reference for their personal information that they can use when writing their autobiography. Includes basic information, family tree section, interesting facts, favourites, important moments, inspirations and more. Also has a final section where they can jot down ideas about what and where they would like to be when they are 25 years old. The profile form is fully editable as DOC and also comes ready in PDF format.

Interactive PowerPoint Quiz Template with Timers

(0)
This is an snazzy looking quiz template which is made up of a title page, question numbers pages, question pages (with one minute timers) and answer pages. It is fully editable and perfect for quickly adding your own questions and answers for a pop quiz or end of unit test. The timers only start when you click them so you can give the children a chance first before starting them or you could just start them straight away, depending on how much time you think they may need.

A3 Board Game Template [Fully Editable]

(0)
The first part of this A3 board game document is based on Snakes and Ladders. The board is fully editable, with the ability to type in the spaces as well as move around the snakes and ladders. The second part of the document contains the same board, but this time with question mark spaces and fully editable question cards to use with it. This way, the board game can be used in a variety of different subjects. Children really love using the board games to review topics. I’ve used it in English, science and maths as well as other subjects. The ability to answer a question allows the student to roll the die again and the snakes and ladders add that extra element of fun and luck to the game. Children can use anything as counters in the game. We usually have a mishmash of coins, pencil sharpeners and erasers. As you can see from the preview, the board game itself is very colourful. However, I’ve also included black and white versions of each game if you need to cut costs a bit. I hope your children enjoy it as much as mine do. If you like it, please kindly leave a review. Thank you.
New Year's Resolutions Worksheet

New Year's Resolutions Worksheet

(0)
This worksheet allows children to write down an idea and action plan for a New Year’s resolution. I do this with my children each year but encourage them to only choose one resolution, which is relevant and challenging, but not too much so. Once they have decided, they then write a detailed action plan for how to see it through. We then revisit what they wrote at a later date to check on their progress. Part A) What is your New Year’s Resolution? Example sentence starters: This year, I really want to… I want to be better at… I want to learn how to… Part B) What is your action plan? What steps will you do to make sure your resolution is successful?

Spinning Selector Wheel

(0)
A set of three wheels that have a rotating arrow which starts spinning when you click and stops when you click again. It can be used for selecting random students as well as letters and numbers. Each spinning wheel is fully editable in Microsoft Powerpoint, so you can add in your own names or other criteria for selecting randomly. The children love it and I usually ask one of them to say when to stop the spin.

A3 Board Game & Question Cards [Fully Editable]

(0)
This is a fully editable A3 board game and question cards set. The style is a mishmash of a Snakes and Ladders and a famous video game. All the children need is a die and counters (which could be anything from a eraser to a coin). The questions on the cards can be typed or written up by either you or the children. The great thing about this game template is its versatility. You can use it to review anything from comprehension questions in literacy to word problems in maths. If a child lands on a question space, they select a question card and if they answer it correctly then they get to roll again. Also spread around the board are vines (for going up) and pipes (for going down). You can easily move these around or edit as suits your needs. My children really love playing this game and enjoy making their own question cards if there is time. I hope you and yours enjoy it too! If you do, please take a moment to review it. Thank you.
Top Secret Code Activity

Top Secret Code Activity

Add that extra bit of interest by providing messages, facts or instructions as a top secret code! Works great as a lesson starter or as a breakdown in any part of the lesson. See who is able to decode the message the quickest! Can groups work together to decode it faster than others by working on different parts? You could even encode a riddle or anagram to add an extra layer of difficulty. This little app makes creating secret messages easy by using picture based fonts. Quickly type a message in a readable font and change it to a picture type font such as Wingdings. Give children the chance to enjoy playing detective!

Kindness Cards - Pass it on!

Kindness Cards - Pass it on!

(0)
A set of small cards which each have a small act of kindness outlined on. The idea is to spread them amongst the children and they should try and complete the task before passing on the card for someone else to pay it forward. Works great as a compliment to World Kindness Day but is also equally good for a health/PHSE lesson or even a standalone activity. *The document is fully editable so you can change the tasks. It is designed to be printed on both sides (short edge) so the back of the card includes the logo. * Why not add a little more kindness to the world!?
Virus Killing Station Poster

Virus Killing Station Poster

Poster to be put next to a bottle of alcohol gel or near the bathroom sinks. Bring a new meaning to keeping hands clean! Maybe even encourage more children to wash their hands or use alcohol gel… I made it to go alongside a foot pedal gel dispenser I put together for when the children return to school.

Weekly Planning Template

This is a weekly planning template which is setup in scheduled class order. I use it to plan the main objectives and basic activity outlines for each lesson during the week. It is also a document I show to the children so they know what is happening throughout the day and week. It could be printed but I mainly use it to display on the projector and enlarge when necessary. It’s a fully editable document so you can change the text and colours and add in extra rows or columns as you need.
