You also have the option of writing your own writing prompt. THE INTRODUCTION Prompt for students to include a hook, their opinion and a thesis statement. THE BODY Guideline for students to include a topic sentence for each of the three reasons, followed by supporting details and a concluding sentence. There are two templates for the body paragraphs. THE CONCLUSION Checklist for students to include a summary statement to re-state their opinion, brief summary of the reasons provided and a call to action. PREPARATION Have students compile all sections of the flipbook prior to research and writing. This flipbook is sure to make the entire experience of writing, not just enjoyable, but more meaningful.
