Answers not included because the idea is for the students to make connections between the images and some may have more than one option for the ‘odd one out’. For example, if the images are sun, sunblock, sunglasses and baseball cap the odd one out could be baseball cap because it doesn’t contains the word sun or sun because the others are things you use to protect yourself from the sun.

A great little spinner to liven up the ESL classroom. Works with Powerpoint and Google Slides. Great for vocabulary practice and playing Categories. Simply click ‘spin’ to start the wheel off, press ‘stop’ to choose a letter and ‘reset’ when you want to choose a new one. Can be customised although slides are carefully linked to ensure the spinner works so labels need to be changed individually rather than copied and pasted.
