This sweet flower vase card is a lovely way for kids to show love to their Mum (or mother figure) on Mother’s Day. Print out the template, color, cut, and fold.
There are 4 similar template options:
Template 1 - Vase of flowers with ‘Happy Mother’s Day’ written inside.
Template 2 - As above but with a straight cutting edge around the vase.
Template 3 - Vase of flowers with a blank inside.
Template 4 - As above, but with a straight cutting edge around the vase.
If printed on card, the Mother’s Day card will stand unaided.

Explore the life cycles of woodland wildlife with these foldable sequencing activities. In this science resource, you’ll find life cycle foldouts for a hedgehog, barn owl, oak tree and stag beetle (mammal, bird, plant and insect).
The differentiated templates allow pupils to sequence with 4 or 6 stages. There are also options to use simple words or descriptions of the stages. This makes the activity suitable for upper KS1, as well as KS2.
What you need:
Just print the templates you need on A4 paper. You’ll also need coloured pencils (different shades of brown as useful), as well as scissors and glue.

Print the black and white templates for pupils to colour, cut, and sequence. There are 4 similar cut-and-paste templates to choose from so you can pick one that best matches your class’s needs.

Template 3: This template allows children to draw some animals from each group in the blank boxes before cutting and folding.

These fun foldouts are a memorable way of teaching the planets in our solar system and the phases of the moon. Use as a science centre, for an interactive notebook or to support learning/lessons around space, including World Space Week.
Sequencing the planets
There are 3 similar template options to choose from:
Students colour the template with the planets in order (from nearest to the sun to furthest away). They also colour the 2 halves of the space scene. They then cut out the template and space scene, glue the space scene to the top and bottom of the template, then fold.
The second option is the same, but students will cut out and order the planets before gluing and folding.
For the third option, students match simple facts to each of the planets before cutting and folding.
