Do you know? Meteorologist uses Vectors to map out Weather Patterns…. Vectors are primarily used within the programming context of most programming languages and serve as data structure containers. Being a data structure, vectors are used for storing objects and collections of objects in an organized structure. Vectors can be used in softball to measure hits as well as pitches. When a ball is hit to the outfield, it has direction, speed, and distance. The speed and direction of pitches can also be measured using vectors. Presentation – Complete video and Board Work for teachers and learners on Vectors  * GCSE, IGCSE, AP, IB-HL Practice Revision Exercise which covers all the related concepts required for students to unravel any IGCSE Add Maths 0606 Exam Style Vectors Questions  * Learner will be able to say authoritatively that:  I can solve any given question on Vectors Geometry  I can solve any questions involving applications of Vectors properties  I can solve any given question on Position Vectors  I can solve any questions involving Relative Velocity. https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCzF5saLKU8CxfOqnY-TvHmA/videos https://www.tes.com/teaching-resources/shop/alukosayoenoch https://www.amazon.com/~/e/B092ZZD72B #students #teachers #elearning #igcse #education

Do you know? Kinematics is used in astrophysics to describe the motion of celestial bodies and systems; and in mechanical engineering, robotics and biomechanics to describe the motion of systems composed of joined parts (such as an engine, a robotic arm, or the skeleton of the human body). Motion of wheel, gears, motors, etc is rotational motion. Motion of the blades of the helicopter is also rotatory motion. Doors, swiveling on its hinges as you open or close it. A spinning top, motion of a Ferris wheel in an amusement park Understanding the kinematics of human movement is of both a basic and an applied value in medicine and biology. Kinematic knowledge is also essential for proper diagnosis and surgical treatment of joint disease and the design of prosthetic devices to restore function. Complete video for teachers and learners on Kinematics, GCSE, IGCSE, AP, IB-HL Practice Revision Exercise which covers all the related concepts required for students to unravel any IGCSE Add Maths 0606 Kinematics Exam’s Style Questions Learner will be able to say authoritatively that: I can solve any given question on Applications of Differentiation in Kinematics I can solve any questions on Applications of Integration in Kinematics I can solve any given question on Kinematics generally. https://www.tes.com/teaching-resources/shop/alukosayoenoch https://www.amazon.com/~/e/B092ZZD72B https://studio.youtube.com/channel/UCzF5saLKU8CxfOqnY-TvHmA/videos

Do you know? Logarithms used in computer imaging align pixels, organize colors and help computers manipulate photographs for enhancement, merging or comparison. After the creation of a digital image, the photographed information converts into small sections of color called pixels. Career fields where logarithms are used include construction and planning, energy, engineering, environmental services, finance, health and safety, manufacturing, medical and pharmaceutical research, packaging, production, research and development, shipping and transportation, supply and wholesale, technology and … Just as with exponential functions, there are many real-world applications for logarithmic functions: intensity of sound, pH levels of solutions, yields of chemical reactions, production of goods, and growth of infants. Three of the most common applications of exponential and logarithmic functions have to do with interest earned on an investment, population growth, and carbon dating. Complete video for teachers and learners on Logarithmic and Exponential Functions, GCSE, IGCSE, AP, IB-HL Practice Revision Exercise which covers all the related concepts required for students to unravel any IGCSE Add Maths 0606 Logarithmic and Exponential Functions Exam’s Style Questions Learner will be able to say authoritatively that, I can: Solve any given question on Logarithmic and Exponential Functions Solve any questions on Applications of Logarithmic and Exponential Functions Solve any given question on Inverse of Logarithmic and Exponential Functions.  * Presentation – Complete video for teachers and learners on Straight Line Graphs Part 2  * A/AS-Level, IGCSE, IB, PSAT, and AISL - Exam Style Questions which covers all the related concepts required for students to unravel any International Exam Style Straight Line Graphs Questions  Straight Line Graphs play an important part in our modern lives. They are used extensively in Sales and Marketing, Economics, Business, Psychology, Science and Medicine. Here is a Graph from a medical study of infertility that has several straight line portions in it.  * Learner will be able to say authoritatively that I can:  Interpret the equation of a straight line graph in the form y = mx + c  Solve questions involving mid-point and length of a line  Know and use the condition for two lines to be parallel or perpendicular, including finding the equation of perpendicular bisectors  Area of rectilinear, collinear points dividing a line segment in a given ratio  Transform given relationships, including y = ax^n and y = Ab^x, to straight line form and hence determine unknown constants by calculating the gradient or intercept of the transformed graph Mathematical slope can be used to measure the steepness of a mountain, the growth of money in a bank account and the ups and downs of the national unemployment rate or a roller coaster. Its formula is based on changes in the “x” and “y” axes of a graph on which data is plotted. Understanding slope is an important work skill for many jobs, from architecture, which requires calculating roof pitch, to any job necessitating analysis of graphs.
