Activities around bullying, including a warmer, 'scenario' cards for students to comment on or act out; comment cards for pair work and role play, with pyramid of importance activity; match-up activity on types of bullying and on what makes a bully; suggestions for dealing with bullying tick lists and a case history with activities. The activities are suitable for pair and group work. Before approaching each of these activities, you can ask students to come up with their own ideas. I went on a course called 'Grammar for Writing.' The idea is that you teach the grammar, use the correct terms, but disguise the fact that you are teaching grammar. In this ppt, I aim to teach adverbs by asking the students to supply the opposite terms.
