Activity involving compass points. Children are given several maps to follow with instructions using compass points. The map is outlined by cones in a 3x3 formation. They will be marking their path on their maps as they go along. If compasses aren’t available, a simple ‘North’ sign can be used as a guide. The last two maps have children start by facing a different point other than North - see if this befuddles them! Thanks, Ann x
