Use these movement cards during movement and dance, gross motor game times, or brain break times. These cards will provide students with much needed fun, gross motor practice; students will engage in physical development exercise and stretching. These cards come with animal actions and yoga poses. Laminate the cards; cut out the cards. The cards come in both colourful and black and white options. Choose whichever option you want to use.
You may pick a card, show the card to your students, then read the card. Allow students to imitate the movements. You may also choose to let students take turns picking a card. Older children may read the cards to the other students. For younger students, have the child give you the card after the card is picked; read the card.
There are fifteen animal movement cards and six yoga cards in both black and white and colored versions. There are a total of 42 cards.
