A collection of five non-fiction comprehension activities for year 2. Each booklet comes in 3 differentiated levels and includes answers. They are all based on the reading SATs paper, containing a similar style of questions. There are a range of ‘what,’ ‘how,’ and ‘why’ questions, some multiple choice tick questions and some that require more detailed answers. They are also laid out in the same way as a SATs booklet to provide the children with greater experience. Each booklet contains a title page with helpful words followed by 4 or 5 pages of text with several questions after each piece of information. All of the booklets are in zip files. This resource contains seven pdf lesson plans to teach children all about the Easter story. They can all be used individually or as a whole unit for Lent and Easter. They are suitable for ages 7 -11.
