This is a lesson plan and resources for a beginner’s Spanish lesson to use with KS2. It involves children learning the vocabulary for ‘Happy Christmas,’ as well as six decorations in Spanish. The plan gives details of a whole class game to use as a starter, how to teach the vocabulary, a paired reading activity, whole class listening activity, a writing activity and plenary. This is a presentation on the inspirational pilot, Amelia Earhart. The presentation covers Amelia’s childhood, her early flying experiences, her flying records, what happened to her in the end and how she is remembered. The last part of the presentation includes some interesting questions to provoke discussion. Use this as part of a lesson or for an assembly for ages 7 - 14.

This is a 3 page plan and a 14 slide PowerPoint presentation for an assembly on love. In this assembly, children are encouraged to think about love being patient.
