A plan and resources for a KS1 RE lesson on Palm Sunday, with a focus on teaching children the story.
The plan includes details of a whole class starter, an introduction to the story, a drama activity, a simple written activity and a plenary. There are also differentiated targets, curriculum links and details about assessment for learning methods.

A 5 lesson literacy unit based around Shakespeare’s Romeo and Juliet. The unit is aimed at year 3 and 4 and gives details of the curriculum objectives covered.
