Be a superhero! This is a great activity to do with your kids. Sometimes we can feel anxious, overwhelmed, and negative, especially during the current uncertainty we are all facing. It’s so easy for us, and especially our children, to have difficulty managing emotions, understanding and processing all the changes that are happening around us. We have put together an exercise sheet for you to work through with your children to help focus on the positives! This exercise encourages children to write down all the positive things about their life (and there’s no reason you can’t do this exercise too!).
