This resource is suitable for students with ADHD and ASD and can be used to guide students through their emotions, helping them identify their triggers and warning signs for the ‘red zone’. Some ideas for the use include: In classrooms, pastoral rooms, counselling offices, SEN intervention rooms, PSHE classes and in staff offices or medical rooms. Mental health first aid kit work sheets. Students can use these to identify positive coping skills for sensory difficulties and emotional issues.
