A series of A3 Publisher slides outlining the reactions in Edexcel A-Level Organic Chemistry for aliphatic and aromatic compounds, as well as Grignard reagents.
Includes names, general formulae and displayed formulae.
These 24 page documents contain all of the information with regards to organic reactions in A-Level Chemistry (Edexcel) into one simple document. There are two versions: one with gaps for students to fill in as revision, and a completed correct answer sheet.
As well as summarising all of the organic reactions (to provide an overview for the organic synthesis topic), the appendices also include guidance on how to name organic compounds, and a summary of the reaction mechanisms that the students need to know for their A-Level exams.
Whilst this has been designed with the Edexcel A-Level in mind, I can’t imagine its too dissimilar to any other exam board’s organic chemistry reactions.
Please note that I will update this document from time-to-time with minor additions, so please check for updates.
