Storms and Shipwrecks Puzzle & Games Word Search Puzzle A word search puzzle Chase the Pirate A game for two people Items required Pack of playing cards Game board (print on a3 paper) Pirate piece Navy piece Objective If you are the pirate your aim is to get to the pirate harbour that are based at the corners of the game board before the navy boat catches and sinks you, or you capture the navy ship or sink it with your cannon. if you are the navy your aim is to capture or sink the pirate ship. Walking the plank Objective The aim is to not walk the plank and get back onto the ship. The game is for two to four players. A poem based on a teacher asking a pupil what they want to be when they grow up. There are then multiple versus as different ideas come to the pupil. it then continues where your class or child adds their own versions, and illustrate accordingly. just added lesson idea for reception and KS1 lesson idea for KS2 Assembly idea display headings and poem. Add pictures of different jobs etc or get the class to draw them.
