Individual Challenge Plan works like an IEP only for G&T pupils which will inform teaching staff, and keep a record, of the additional commitment and support each individual pupil recieves as part of their GéT provision. Has been successfully used to support pupils at my school and added to SIMS to allow all teaching staff an opportunity to monitor their additional needs, allowing for leniency when setting homework deadlines, etc. Must be updated via parental and club communication links to work efficiently.
