Several slides are designed for use as a teaching visual aid that can be displayed to students in lesson to accompany the worksheets tasks, that can be printed. Entire woodwork based project in which students are required to design and make a wooden pencil holder shaped like a letter of choice. Pencil holder is made with pinewood and has been cut by hand to achieve the shape. Holes are drilled to hold pencils. Wood stain finish applied. Included in the download is a 58 slide power-point that covers 11, 40 minute lessons. Starter activities, main tasks, plenaries and homework tasks for each lesson. A separate PDF file is attached that has 34 pages of printable resources to accompany the power-point. (Many of my DT resources seen on this site are included in this project download such as my Designer Research Activity, Risk Assessment Template, Design a Workshop Poster Activity, accessfm Poster, Feedback slips.)
