Teacher Feedback/Student Response Slips

(0)
4 variations on teacher feedback slips ready for printing. Template one provides a small thumbnail teacher feedback slip with www and ebi headings along with a student response section. Template 2 is a longer portrait slip providing a blank teacher feedback and student response section. Template 3 is similar to template 2, with smiley faces that can be circled by the teacher to indicate if student has met the success criteria for the task. Template 4 is a A5 template, including a section to write learning outcomes and RAG if these have been met or not. Along with a blank teacher comment and student response section. I find these useful for stapling into work that I don’t want to write directly on. These could additionally be printed as stickers to stick onto student work.
