It includes authentic and interesting exercises to discover the IB “oral individual” exam. There are many examples done by previous IB French students (anonymized). You will also find exercises based on the Oxford text (éco-citoyen) as well as listening exercise and and pictures and prompts to encourage students to speak and practice the “oral individuel” exam. A grammar review of the use of passé composé and imparfait and some exercises with correction. Fits all French B1 learners.

This is a unit of work I created this year during Spring term 2 on: il y a/il n'y a pas, places, directions, and prepositions. It is based on a video game that I played called Legend of Grimrock, an excellent dungeon-crawler on PC. I recorded myself playing and used sequences to create the lessons around it. The resources have had great sucess with the students in my school (especially boys!) Example of activities you will find in the resources: - Bingos - Listening activities and extended reading ones. - Speaking activities while monsters attack or writing activities while attacking the monsters. - odd one out - separate the sentence - etc. All resources are differentiated and have AfL activities included. Videos should be all ready to go in view mode and self-explanatory but please don't hesitate to contact me in case you need more information on how to run something. Keep in mind that my school is an all-ipad school and this is why the powerpoint is linked to many online resources / games.
