Based on Activate Science, this is a booklet to hand out to students at the beginning of the year. It contains differentiated homework tasks, revision checklists and revision questions for every topic. There are several tasks per topic, so a teacher can set homework, not matter what stage they are at with the content.

Revision cards made for the entire OCR A A-level Physics course. These have been a great resource for recall for KS5 students. Questions on the front and answers on the back. Simply give the students the cards, get them to go through all of them and make a pile of ones they get correct and ones they do not. Then go through the ones they have not gotten correct until the pile has gone and repeat.

Ends with describing how the greenhouse effect leads to global warming with a differentiated scaffold activity

A power point on a lesson based on power- it begins with a demonstration of a race between two pullback cars to get the students thinking about the definition of power. It then includes differentiated questions using both power equations where the students can go around the room and have a go at the different examples (green questions are easy, red are the hardest). Then moves onto how we can calculate the cost for energy and a final plenary to calculate the cost of electricity for a lesson

Lesson on what solubility solvents etc are. Starter to recall their knowledge, then walk through what everything is by showing them a demo of dissolving salt in water. Then students go around the room to identify solvent and solutes. Students then filter two different solutions. Sand and water and copper sulphate in water. Then discuss why the soluble solution goes through but the insoluble sand cannot

A lesson on puberty and adolescence. Hook of guess this person - it is beyonce. Open question to discuss the changes in puberty and adolescence. Starter activity of going around the room and filling in a Venn diagram based on the changes in puberty posters at the end of the powerpoint. Then a part on menstruation where there is a true or false quiz with helpsheet. At the end is an agony aunt section where they are differentiated, where the students can write back describing the changes in puberty and adolescence.
