Stickers for the Research, Designing, Making and Evaluating process of the D&T project. I have designed the Marking stickers to help and support my team with work load. The stickers have been designed to follow the GCSE marking criteria. It has helped my students to know exactly what they have to do to reach that next level in their work. You just need to high light 1 or 2 lines from what they have done well and then high light 1 line from what they need to improve on.

This is a project which teaches pupils about hydraulics in a practical only lesson. It is an independent learning project. It allows pupils to learn from each other and to develop a key skills to get them ready for their GCSE if they which to choose DT in KS4. THIS IS A 4+ WEEKS PROJECT ON HYDRAULICS THE PROJECT HAS BEEN DESIGNED, TO ALLOW PUPILS TO WORK AS A GROUPS OF 2-4 PUPILS THE AIM OF THIS PROJECT, IS TO ALLOW PUPILS TO LEARN ABOUT HYDRAULICS IN AN ONLY PRACTICAL BASED LESSON EACH INDIVIDUAL PUPILS MUST COME UP WITH A UNIQUE DESIGN FOR AN HYDRAULIC ARM ROBOT EACH PUPIL WILL NEED TO BRING FORWARD THEIR IDEA TO THEIR GROUP/COMPANY WHERE DISCUSSIONS AND DEVELOPMENT OF JOINT IDEAS WILL START. THE FINAL DESIGN MUST BE LAID OUT IN A WAY THAT ANOTHER COMPANY/GROUP WILL BE ABLE TO BUILD IT. THINK OF A LEGO MANUAL.

Here is a project I have been using with my year 7 which introduces them to Graphics, both in CAD and hand drawings. I have been using 2D design with my pupils for the CAD work, however other software can be used and as a finish product I sublimate their design on an A5 sublimation Aluminium Sheets which can be found on Amazon. The booklet has been designed to allow the gifted pupils to work independently, as well support the pupils that would need that extra support/ push. You will also find self-reflective pages at the end of the booklet where pupils, as an end of lesson plenary, self-reflect on the work they have completed during each lessons. Something they would turn back too, at the start of each lesson for a starter. The booklet has been laid out to match to the GCSE coursework framework. This is so the pupils that wish to do graphics in KS4 will be confident in producing a strong and well-presented coursework. Hope you enjoy it. Scheme of work included.
