This is designed for KS3 pupils, and can be taught to classes or used for independent study as the booklets are quite easy to follow along without teacher input. This also makes these lessons great for cover work.

This is a short scheme of work spanning three lessons that explores what stress is and how to cope with stress. This scheme is designed for lower KS3 but can be edited and adapted upwards. The booklet is quite easy to follow so can be used for independent learning or given to form tutors.
A short scheme of work on pregnancy and reproductive health, aimed at KS3 but able to be self-led at home as the booklet is designed to work both with and without teacher input. Fully adaptable.

This is a scheme of work on mental health, spanning five lessons. It covers topics such as grief, depression and anxiety. This can be taught by a teacher to a full class or given as independent work or to form tutors, as these topics are easy to follow along. This topic should cover around 4 hours of content if teacher-led.
