Range of activities our students did in one day looking at the role the general public, Nazis, religion and science played in allowing the Holocaust to happen. Also looks at perpetrators/bystanders/victims and the difficulty in categorising them. We invited a Holocaust survivor in to speak to students as part of the day too. The students gain a lot from this day, and it is a great cross curricular project with other humanities subjects

Range of homework menus for year 8 students. Includes differentiated activities for students to complete about topics such as the Stuarts, the Industrial Revolution, Empire and Slavery, the Victorians and the Edwardian period.

Grand Designs project about medieval castles. Students are given a budget and must build the best castle they can using that money! Good opportunity for students to be creative and also includes a numeracy element with the need to keep within budget. Students enjoy the project a lot!

Range of HW Menus and projects which are levelled and differentiated. Used for Year 7 and provides a range of activities for students to complete.

It includes resources for both component 1 and component 2, and also looks at sources and non source based questions. Resources are for unit 1H Tsarist and Communist Russia and 2S Making of Modern Britain. However, they could be easily adapted for other units.
