One of my classes has been studying for a percentages quiz, they were given a homework to produce some questions to use in class on Valentines week. I have copied 9 of the questions into a worksheet for use in February. Feel free to enjoy!

This activity helps the pupils to consolidate their learning of how to simplify a ratio. I used this as part of a revision lesson for an number exam and the pupils really enjoyed it and performed well in their exam

This code breaker is perfect for practicing writing an expression in algebra for the area of rectangles, triangles, trapeziums and parallelograms. Answers can either be in the form of linear or quadratic expressions. Good for practicing expanding single and double brackets

This resources helps pupils revise forming an equation of a line from its graph. The pupils then match the question number to the answer which gives them a letter to decode the longest Mathematical word. FLOCCINAUCINIHILIPILIFICATION

This code breaker practices the 4 types of operation applied to mixed numbers. The pupils answer the questions and then find the answer, placing the letter next to the correct answer number in the decoder.
