I am now a retired teacher having taught for over 40 years in the UK at secondary level. I wanted to share my love of Mathematics and teaching by providing a good set of resources which will more than cover all your needs for as many topics as I can and at good value for money. I am trying to cover many topics from foundation level GCSE up to grade 9 at higher level in a way that is interesting and relevant. I hope you like my style !

This is a large number of questions covering all the applications of differentiation that any student will need for A level. **Applications 1 ** This is a pdf consisting of 25 assorted questions on the applications of differentiation. All the algebra can be reduced to polynomials only. These problems range in difficulty and some are quite challenging - definitely good for revision or, as I have used it, to finish off differentiation at the end of year 12. Applications 2 This PDF consists of over 20 questions on the applications of differentiation These questions are aimed at revision in year 13. Questions assume knowledge of all the basic differentials along with product / quotient and chain rules. Applications include: Gradient of a curve Tangents and normals Turning points Maxima and minima problems Rates of change Related rates of change. Answers are included as usual.
