The essential is to factorise positive quadratics and excel is to factorise any, challenge to be able to solve. There is a slide that explains how to do this for students when they are completing the differentiated match up activity. There are three levels so I print them on green, orange and red card with the answers in blue so that the observer and yourself can see which level students are doing.
