This unit is predominantly focused on reading and students will have the opportunity to explore the themes and characters presented in a text, analysing the authors craft in more detail. The assessment at the end of the unit will focus on AFs 2-6 and throughout the unit reading skills such as summarising and reading for meaning will be built upon.
