Revision work booklets for three of the OCR A Level Geography specification.
Changing Spaces; Making Places
Disease Dilemmas
Hazardous Earth
I use these in revision lessons where I make notes with the students. The students also find these really useful when revising so they know what knowledge they need to target. I have taken out photos and other information (i.e. mark scheme screen grabs for copyright reasons), but these could easily be put in to use with your students.
Included are five knowledge organisers which cover the majority of the Politics and Participation topic in great detail. The titles of the knowledge organisers are:
Democracy and the Constitution
Devolved governments
Voting systems and major political parties
The make up of government and parliament
Other government and electoral styles
All knowledge organisers contain a key terms list, as well as using up - to - date examples and case studies.
A set of 12 knowledge organisers which cover the three themes for the AQA GCSE Citizenship course:
Life in Modern Britain - British Values; The Media; International organisations; and Making a difference in society
Rights and Responsibilities - The Law; Criminality in the UK; and Human Rights
Politics and Participation - Democracy and the constitution; Devolved governments; Voting systems and major political parties; The make up of Government and Parliament; and Other government and electoral styles.
I’ve also included included a revision check list for the whole course as well.
A glossary of key terms which covers topics from Paper 1 and 2 from the OCR A: Geographical Themes GCSE. Many of these key terms are transferable to other GCSE specifications, but they are organised for the above specification.
Simple revision checklists for students for parts of the OCR A Level Geography course:
Earth’s life support systems
Changing Spaces; Making Places
Disease Dilemmas
Hazardous Earth
Note: I have left the case studies that I teach on there, but these can easily be changed for the ones you teach.
A collection of four knowledge organisers which cover the content for the Life in Modern Britain theme for the GCSE AQA Citizenship specification.
The four knowledge organisers are titled:
British Values
The Media
International organisations
Making a difference in society
Each knowledge organiser has it’s own key terms section, as well as content boxes which cover the theory and case studies. Please note, the fourth knowledge organiser contains examples of local organisations trying to bring about change. These could be easily changed to show case studies for your local area.
