I teach English Literature in the Seychelles and so follow the Cambridge specifications for iGCSE and A-level. I like to chose texts which are a little different for my students, and often this means there are initially very few pre-made resources available online. I try to focus on helping students memorise key quotes and internalise writing structures where possible; thus quotes sheets, 20 in 10s and example essay responses feature very highly in my resources.

Initially written as guideline examples for AS English Literature (Cambridge syllabus) students, but could be adapted for other key stages and examining bodies. 3 separate, full-length essays. Useful also for teachers considering Ted Hughes' other poems and coming to an understanding of some of the themes and language devices in the poem.
