Word search puzzle uses vocabulary for 25 animals: bear, bird, cat, cow, dog, duck, elephant, fish, giraffe, goat, gorilla, hamster, hen, hippopotamus, horse, kangaroo, monkey, mouse, pig, rabbit, rhinoceros, sheep, snake, tiger, zebra. 5 versions are included for each of 3 different formats - perfect for any level class and for differentiated lessons (a total of 15 worksheets using 5 different puzzles). Format 1 has the word search with the list in Italian; students should translate the words into English and then find the Italian words in the puzzle. This Notebook file contains 10 pages of verbs. Each page has a spinner with 8 subject pronouns and a spinner with infinitives in German (usually 12). Students spin both wheels and conjugate the verb. Can be used for most tenses. The 10 pages are: regular verbs; fahren; geben; fahren + geben; haben, sein, wissen; inseparable prefix; separable prefix; inseparable + separable prefix mixed; reflexive verbs; modal verbs.

This is a partner speaking activity with pictures; it is similar to my "Clothing and Places" speaking activity, but it has been adapted specifically for the vocabulary in Bien Dit 1 (anorak, patinoire, cybercafe, opera, lac, zoo). Students are to draw a line connecting a person to clothing to a place. They then take turns saying their sentences in the target language (Paul porte un chapeau au centre commercial.) and the partner needs to draw a line connecting those items. May be used with other tenses, add adjectives, add reasons, etc.
