These are tasks cards for Athletics Field events. They are based on an Instagram design with clear points for each part of the throw/ jump. Students can use them to self or peer assess. There are two cards for each activity showing progression. In throwing events this is moving from standing throws into more dynamic throws. For jumping events this is generally a progression in the approach and advanced methods. These have been developed using a range of resources for technical accuracy.
