A simple little game for up to 4 players. (If you would like more players, simply print off and laminate more frames and letters.)
This pack comes with 9 real words and 6 alien words. As well as 4 -at frames, 4 blank frames and 60 letters
All words are created using using 3 letters, with a blank frame, or they can choose an -at frame and 1 letter.
The children could also use a white board/dry wipe pen, and write the letters themselves.
The idea of this game is to place the word in the middle of the table and the children then create the word choosing the correct letters or use a pen.
The beauty of the word in the centre of the table is that it is printed 4 times on the one card so no matter where you’re sitting the word is the correct way around to be read.

The Butterfly Phase 3 Phonics Game is an interactive and engaging activity designed to help children practice identifying and understanding digraphs and trigraphs.
In this game, there are 20 butterfly bodies and 80 wings.
Each wing contains a word that includes a specific digraph or trigraph. For example, words like “shop,” “ship,” or “chop” might be included, representing the “sh,” “ch,” and “th” digraphs.
The objective of the game is for children to match the wings to the corresponding butterfly bodies. Each butterfly body needs 4 wings, and all 4 wings must contain the same digraph or trigraph. This encourages children to not only recognize the digraphs and trigraphs but also to distinguish between them and match them accordingly.
The game can be set up on a tuff tray. The butterflies and wings can be arranged on the tray, and children can take turns selecting wings and trying to match them to the correct butterfly bodies.
This game provides a hands-on and visually stimulating way for children to practice phonics skills in a playful and interactive manner, promoting both learning and enjoyment.
